You may occasionally find that legitimate emails are being flagged as spam or held in quarantine by MailScanner. Here's how to check and release those emails directly from the control panel.
Step 1: Log in to DirectAdmin

Log in to ClientZone using your account details. If you do not have the password, you can click on Forgot Password and provide the email address for your account.

Click on Services in the menu.

Select your hosting package from the list.

Click on Login to DirectAdmin to open your control panel.
Step 2: Open Mail Scanner

In Control Panel, click on E-mail Manager.

Click on MailScanner - Virus and SPAM Filter.
Step 3: Check the Logs

MailScanner will open up.

Click on the MailControl button.
- A list of emails processed by MailScanner will display (This can take up to 60 seconds).
- Find the email you want to release and click on the icon in front of it under the View/Status column.
Step 4: Release the email

Scroll to the bottom of the email and click on Release (direct) to release it directly to your inbox.
