If you're unsure whether an email was delivered successfully or if it's stuck in the system, you can track email delivery in Control Panel. This feature helps you check if an email was sent, received, or bounced due to an error.
Follow these steps to track your email delivery:
Step 1: Log in to DirectAdmin

Log in to ClientZone using your account details. If you do not have the password, you can click on Forgot Password and provide the email address for your account.

Click on Services in the menu.

Select your hosting package from the list.

Click on the Login to DirectAdmin button. This will take you to your control panel.
Step 2: Access the Email Tracking Tool

In Control Panel, find the Email Manager section.

Click on Email Tracking.
Step 3: Search for an Email

Use the Search Bar to enter the recipient's email address or the subject of the email.

Click Search to display the email delivery status.
Step 4: Understand the Email Status
Once you find the email in the list, you’ll see one of these statuses:

✅ Delivered – The email was successfully sent and received.

❌ Bounced – The email was rejected by the recipient’s mail server. Possible reasons include an invalid email address or a full inbox.

⏳ Queued – The email is still waiting to be sent.

???? Blocked/Failed – The email was blocked due to spam filters or server restrictions.
Step 5: Troubleshooting Email Issues

If an email bounced, check if the recipient's email address is correct.

If an email is queued, wait a few minutes and check again.

If an email failed, check if your domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly set up.
