If you need to adjust the limits for an email account—such as mailbox size, sending limits, or the number of email accounts allowed—you can do so easily in Control Panel. Follow these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1: Log in to Control Panel

  1. Log in to ClientZone using your account details. If you do not have the password, you can click on Forgot Password and provide the email address for your account.

  2. Click on Services in the menu.

  3. Select your hosting package from the list.

  4. Click on the Login to DirectAdmin button. This will take you to your control panel.

Step 2: Access the Email Accounts Section

  1. In Control Panel, find the Email Manager section.

  2. Click on Email Accounts to see a list of your existing email addresses.

Step 3: Modify Email Account Limits

  1. Find the email address you want to edit.

  2. Click the + (plus) icon or Change Limits option next to the email account.

  3. Adjust the following settings as needed:

    • Mailbox Size Limit: Enter a new size limit (in MB) or set it to Unlimited.

    • Sending Limits (if enabled by your hosting provider): Restrict the number of emails sent per hour.

    • Quota: Adjust the storage space allowed for this email account.

  4. Click Save or Modify to apply the changes.

Step 4: Verify the Changes

  1. Go back to Email Accounts and check if the new limits are displayed.

  2. If needed, log in to Webmail (yourdomain.com/roundcube) or an email client to confirm everything works correctly.

Important Notes:

  • Setting a mailbox size limit helps prevent storage overuse.

  • If you set limits too low, the user may not be able to send or receive emails when they reach the quota.

  • If limits are not applying correctly, check with our Helpdesk Team to ensure there are no global restrictions.

That’s it! You have successfully updated the email limits. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
