Sometimes you might need a little more assistance from us to setup your email account on your computer. For this purpose we use a application that you download to your computer. Once the application is installed on your computer we will be able to access your computer remotely and make the nessesary changes to your email application to get you connected.
The application we use is RustDesk. Once installed you will be presented with a number and a password on your screen. We will need this from you to connect to your computer.
Never give out your connection ID or password to anyone that calls you. Immediately put down the phone as it could be a scam.
Make sure you initiate the call to our support desk on 087 550 1741 or via our WhatsApp chat on 071 890 5550 and only give it out there.
Below are the easy steps to get RustDesk installed on your computer.
Step 2
Once you have downloaded the application you need to go to your downloads folder and follow the steps to install RustDesk on your computer.
Windows Computer
Double click on the RustDesk installation file in your downloads folder.
A security warning will come up asking you to allow the installation of the app since it will be making changes to your computer. You need to accept that.
When the application is finished installing open it by clicking on the Windows Start icon and type in Rustdesk. Then double click on the circular blue and white icon. When the app is open you will be presented with a ID and One-time password.

Mac OS
Follow the detailed instruction on the RustDesk website to install the application and grant the necessary permissions.
