Creating a new email address in our Control Panel is easy and only takes a few minutes. Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your email account.

Step 1: Log in to Control Panel

  1. Log in to ClientZone using your account details. If you do not have the password, you can click on Forgot Password and provide the email address for your account.

  2. Click on Services in the menu.

  3. Select your hosting package from the list.

  4. Click on the Login to DirectAdmin button. This will take you to your control panel.

Step 2: Access the Email Accounts Section

  1. Once inside Control Panel, look for the Email Manager section.

  2. Click on Email Accounts to open the email management page.

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

  1. Click the Create Account button.

  2. Enter your preferred email address in the provided field (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).

  3. Choose a strong password or click the Generate button to create one automatically.

  4. Set a mailbox size limit (optional) or leave it as Unlimited.

  5. Click Create Account to finalize the setup.

Step 4: Access Your New Email

After creating your email account, you can access it in two ways:

  1. Using Webmail

    • Go to yourdomain.com/roundcube in your browser.

    • Log in using your new email and password.

  2. Using an Email Client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird)

    • You can find the email setup details in Control Panel under Email Accounts → Connect Devices.

Step 5: Test Your Email

Send a test email to ensure everything is working correctly.
