When setting up your email, please use the details below.

Remember to replace yourdomainname.co.za with your own domain name.

Server Settings:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za

Port Numbers & Encryption:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): 995 (Encrypted Connection: SSL/TLS)
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): 993 (Encrypted Connection: SSL/TLS)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 465 (Encrypted Method: SSL/TLS)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 587 (Encrypted Method: STARTTLS)

Additional Settings

Make sure the encryption type matches the port you’re using.
Outgoing SMTP server requires authentication with the same settings as the incoming server.
