Remember to replace yourdomainname.co.za with your own domain name.
Server Settings:
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
Port Numbers & Encryption:
- Incoming Mail Server (POP3): 995 (Encrypted Connection: SSL/TLS)
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): 993 (Encrypted Connection: SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 465 (Encrypted Connection: SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): 587 (Encrypted Connection: STARTTLS)
Additional Settings
- Make sure the encryption method matches the port you’re using.
- Outgoing SMTP server requires authentication with the same settings as the incoming server.
