Cancellation Request Process 

We are always sad to see a client leave us but do understand that sometimes requirements change. When cancelling a domain or service with PoSilCo please follow the below process.

  1. Log in to Client Zone.
  2. In the "Your Active Products/Services" Section click on the product you want to cancel.
  3. Click on "Request Cancellation" in the "Actions" section on the left.
  4. Please provide details of your reason for cancellation, as we always strive to improve our service and value all feedback.
    • Instant terminations will be performed once the termination request has been accepted by our Helpdesk Team.  Please note as per our terms, there will be no refund provided. Only cancellations that qualify for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will be refunded as per the policy.
    • End of the Current Billing Cycle terminations run at the end of the current contract term / rental period. This date is visible on the Product Details screen under "Billing Overview" as "Next Due Date".
  5. Please note that domain and hosting services run separate. If you wish to cancel the domain with your hosting, please select the option to not renew the domain. The domain and hosting billing dates may not run concurrently. Please ensure that you are aware of the dates and follow the termination process for each product/service and domain you wish to cancel.
  6. Our Helpdesk Team will respond to your cancellation request within 8 business hours.
