When you transfer a domain to PoSilCo we will submit a domain transfer request. Once we have submitted the domain transfer request the current registrar will send a voting ticket to the domain’s registrant email address. This is the only email authorized to accept the transfer.
To accept a transfer request:
- Click on the “Accept Transfer” link in the email (See 1 below)
- If your email is in plain text and the link is not visible, reply to the email and delete the word “Deny” in the Magic Cookie line (See 2 Below)
We will notify you as soon as we have submitted the domain transfer request so that you can be on the lookout for it in your inbox. You will have 5 days in which to accept the transfer request, after which the transfer request will expire, and we will have to resubmit the request.
